   Having been blessed with an impeccable sense of timing and foresight, I put my house up for sale only a few days before the real estate market began plummeting into a death spiral.  I can honestly say that Andrea Cope is pretty much all that stood between me and personal economic disaster.  In the teeth of the worst housing market in recent memory, she not only held my hand and calmed my fears but never once failed to convey confidence, professionalism and passion.  I am certain that if it hadn't been for her unflagging efforts, my house would not have sold when it did, for the price that it did, and my life would be much the worse for it.

Well, I have to start by being honest:  I’ve always hated real estate agents.  But I LOVE Andrea Cope.  She is actually motivated by a love of and fascination with – real estate.  And she loves helping people find their home – the place that they fit in the world.  It’s as rare as finding an honest politician.  But when I met her, and started working with her, I was forced to give up my prejudice.  She was so genuinely interested in what was best for me and my wife, and so tireless in her pursuit of our dream home, that it really blew me away.  She treated me like I was a member of her family.  I couldn’t possibly recommend her more highly.  She’s fun to be with, funny, smart, obscenely detail oriented, and just a sweet, caring person.  And she’s also a real estate agent.  I think that may be rarer than a unicorn!
